As you probably know, Executive Chef Sean Langan is known for his impeccable food and as such, it is no surprise that he has made such strides in merely eight years. From his first venue of only five tables, he expanded to the old location with two rooms and an outdoor patio (seating 125). Amore on 5th & Bell closed it’s doors two hours into the new year. And now, Chef Langan is proud and excited to expand once more. Amore Infused will open in February 2011, as the largest Restaurant in Belltown and one of the largest restaurants in Seattle!
Amore Infused, on 6th & Wall (just a few blocks away) shines in full view of the Space Needle, and its four rooms seat 350 people! In the summer, there will be an outdoor patio, and access to the Archstone Rooftop Rose Garden. Total seats will then exceed 425!
Grand Opening is on Monday, February 14th, 2011, Valentine’s Day. MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
Reservations can be made on OpenTable starting Thursday, February 3rd. We hope to see you soon!

(Crew having some fun as they sand down the kitchen floor, and scrape away old paint before repainting the floor a creamy grey)
Construction has certainly been an interesting experience. We walked into a messy jumble of old wood, broken floor tiles, and badly installed, upside-down crown moulding. As if that weren’t enough, the place was overrun with doors that led nowhere. Amongst the doors glued to the walls, was a very large and very rough looking wooden cross, and.. a watermelon painting?
Fortunately, our building contractor, Alan, and his team have remedied the situation. Lots of work has gone into re-tiling the floors and bathroom walls, fixing and repainting the walls, as well as restoring wooden parts. Restoring wood involves sanding off all of the sealants, restaining (usually multiple times) and then refinishing. With all the lovely wood in the place, it was a big task to accomplish!
Now the restaurant is replete with snazzy new lighting, crystal chandeliers, LCD flat screens, and white ostrich skin chairs! The main dining room features a large single slab, white marble table that seats 12! The bar area is similarly spectacular with it’s unique, sparkly granite countertop.
